Ulrik Pram Gad discusses recruitment of Greenlandic top diplomat on Greenlandic radio
CAST Post.doc Ulrik Pram Gad participates on the Greenlandic radio station Kalaallit Nunaata Radioa, commenting on the problematic circumstances regarding the recruitment of Greenlandic political representatives to Denmark.
As Ulrik argues, due to the limited number of diplomats with political experience, Greenland would be wise to emphasize political skill and capability when appointing a chief representative, instead of overtly focusing on the political affiliations of the candidate.
For more on the Greenlandic choice of diplomats, read the whole article in which Ulrik is quoted, by visiting the radio's official webpage.
