Energy security - shifting the paradigm?

What has brought energy security to the top of national and international security priorities? Proninska will discuss contemporary energy security concerns, threats, and challenges pertaining to energy supply-demand patterns. Approaching the subject through a geostrategic lens, Proninska analyzes how specific producer-consumer relations, perceptions, and myths of energy security affect whether responses to energy security challenges are nationalistic or cooperative, particularly in EU-Russia relations.
